Cement Grinding Unit

The cement grinding unit is the last stage of the whole cement production line. It mixes limestone, clay and other materials into cement clinkers for grinding and finally produces finished cement products. Process :

The operation of the grinding unit belongs to the third stage of the cement production line and that is one of the most important stages of cement making plant. The cement clinker made with limestone and clay is sent into raw material storage of the cement plant, at the same time, gypsum and adding material are sent to storage respectively after crushing and grinding. Then these raw materials are mixed by batching scale of cement making plant according to the reasonable mixing ratio and transported into the powder mill of cement grinding unit for grinding, mixing well to form cement, finally after dust removal, packaging and other procedures to get cement products.
